The project Emprego Primeiro – Porta Aberta | Agência de Empregabilidade operates from a “support office for the employability of vulnerable people”, in close connection with the various entities that accompany people who are in one (or more) vulnerable conditions.
Specialized support in the field of employability for social sector organizations, aiming to support their beneficiaries in their labour needs
Mentoring/coaching/psychological support through the network of partners
Make available a co-work space for the development of the partners’ activities
Support to employers in finding candidate profiles that meet their staff needs (job-matching)
Specialized follow-up with employers (at different stages: recruitment, on boarding, post placement)
Support the search (and elaboration) of incentives for the employer
